Dr. Chaudhary is a dedicated and gifted Orthodontist who believes in offering the most compassionate patient care, utilizing the highest quality, most effective, and up-to-date orthodontic skills. With more than 20 years of clinical experience in the field of Orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, Dr. Chaudhary has treated several thousands of patients, offering services ranging from early (phase-I Orthodontics) treatment to the treatment of highly complex cases of facial and skeletal deformities.
Education and Experience
Dr. Gaurang Chaudhary has been teaching at University of Texas Health at San Antonio, TX since April 2014. Till date, he has trained 40+ Orthodontists at UT dental residency program.
Born and raised in a western metropolitan town in India, he completed his orthodontic residency training at the prestigious UT Health San Antonio, one of the top dental schools in the US.
He is a Board-Certified Orthodontist with a deep passion for orthodontics, research and teaching. He is a proud member of several professional organizations like:
- The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO)
- The American Dental Association (ADA)
- The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO)
- The Southwest Orthodontic Society (SWSO)
Dr. Chaudhary has been living in Texas for almost 15 years and is happy to call Houston his home!
The one thing that really stands out to him, regarding the city, is how friendly and helpful the people are! He is happy to bring his (over 20 years of) experience to the local community.
On a Personal Note
Dr. Chaudhary has been married to his lovely wife Janki for 15 wonderful years and they are proud parents of two daughters- Siya and Riva.
Aside from spending time with his family and friends and providing people with beautiful, healthy and functioning teeth, Dr. Chaudhary enjoys traveling, reading and watching sports.
